IncubateX is the first female-led incubator project on web3, launching purpose

driven projects that make the world a 10X better place. We see the limitless

beyond art and celebrity endorsements. We believe that IncubateX bridges the

gap between these two groups.

The core purpose of IncubateX is to create an ecosystem that connects

innovators to a community of champions that are looking to make a 10x

difference in the world.

To do this, we are using web3 technology, specifically,

NFTs (Non Fungible Tokens).

The solution came to us in the form of Membership NFTs.

Membership NFTs (IncubateX Tiers)

We are initially releasing two membership NFTs that will be available to the public on mint day, the IncubateX Genesis Membership & Meta Access Capsule. Each one offers the holding member a different utility and level of access. To become an IncubateX member, you need to hold one of these two NFTs in your wallet, depending on which utility suits you best.

This is the highest level of membership in the IncubateX ecosystem. Holding this NFT offers the members exclusive access to mint early-stage projects. This means that they’ll be given access to potentially huge, high quality NFT projects, all with the peace of mind that every project is thoroughly validated & vetted by the IncubateX team.

We are launching our 𝐌𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐍𝐅𝐓𝐬 𝐨𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐩𝐨𝐥𝐲𝐠𝐨𝐧 network at a date that will be announced via our social media handles. There will be 11,111 𝐈𝐧𝐜𝐮𝐛𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐗 𝐆𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐬 𝐌𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 NFTs, priced at 0.2 ETH & 11,111 𝐌𝐞𝐭𝐚 𝐀𝐜𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐂𝐚𝐩𝐬𝐮𝐥𝐞 NFTs priced at 0.09 ETH available to mint when the mint is live.

25% of the IncubateX NFTs will be available to 𝐰𝐡𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲 members during the presale. There will be 𝟓,𝟓𝟓𝟓 𝐰𝐡𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐭 𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐭𝐬 available through different project 𝐜𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 and community initiatives that will be announced on our social media handles.

Holding multiple IncubateX NFTs grants the member access to multiplied benefits; for example holding two Meta Access Capsules instead of one would grant the member two free tickets to a metaverse concert instead of only one.
